You can use a very gentle cleanser in fall and winter and for warmer months you man require little deep cleanser to remove the oil along with the sweat, but always remember not to over do it to irritate the skin.

Acne takes time to heal even 6 to 8 weeks just to see some improvements. At times if the acne is severe which leaves deeper blemishes or cysts, it might need treatment with stronger medicines, your doctor may give you oral antibiotics sooner to start the healing process.
